Please don't get me wrong i'm not trying to critise, i'm just trying to give a bit of feedback, i'm sure you've worked long and hard over the new site and its good, It looks superb in anything greater than 1280 by 1024, but now i'm at work there are a few things that the lower screen res's show up.

I've highlighted the areas i think are suspect and it may be that with an advert in the top left its fine.

thought I'd replied to this already ? Or is it in another thread. Basically both issues are down to the banner ads. The top section is in CSS, not a table which basically means it's ike 3 layers, one of top of the other. The right hand image on the header is sized to take a banner ad at 460 pixels wide. Whilst there isn't a banner ad there at the moment there will be at some point so this image has to stay that wide. When it scrolls over the header image this is because it is above the hexus logo in terms of 3 dimensions.
David if you want banner ads to drop beneath the logo when users view at really small resolutions (and we're talking taking your window down to around 800*600 or smaller) then let me know
The right hand column is the same, the banner ad in the middle causes it to stop.
Fundamentally these issues are down to the difference between CSS and tables. When you reduce the window down to less than the screen display and you are using tables then the columns never slide over the top of each other, they just disapper off to the right and you get the horizontal scrollbar. With CSS it always tries to display everything on screen where possible, even if this means sliding the layers over each other
