Posts not appearing, but getting email notifications?

This is weird, and it's happened twice now...

I receive an email notification that a user has replied to a thread I have participated in, but when I go to the thread there is no post from that user!

This has just happened right now so I can point to an instance of it (while it's present):

The thread is this one and here is the email I received:

Agent has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled - Real Life Forum Meetings..... - in the General Discussion and Banter forum of HEXUS.net Forums.

But when I view the post I can't see anything past Stoo's response (#19) regardless of how many times I refresh or whether I use a proxy or not.

The time stamp on the email is 14:39 (server time is fast still), but the forum index shows Stoo's response as the latest at 14:34 still (at the time of typing this it has been bumped down to 3rd in the list).

Any clues as to what the hell is going on? I'm baffled!

Does anyone see Agent's reply?

I was going to do a longer post, but then realiased the time and need to get ready for work

I was trying to figure out if I had a weird caching problem, or it was something to do with my posts/page viewing settings *shake fist*
