Customizable section of message areas ("favourites")

With the recent explosion in the number of message areas on the front page, is it possible to have a section where we can have "favourites" listed so we can collapse the main headings and just see those bits we are interested in?

I've never been a fan of creating too many topics in a forum, as the threads tend to get put into the wrong place more often, are not read as frequently and the topics themselves then seem a lot less popular.

Or is this a restriction caused by using vBulletin?

I'm afraid I'm a great advocate of "K.I.S.S." ("Keep It Simple, Stupid"), I hate cluttered OS desktops and Windows Start menus too!

Right now I'm finding that the only section I don't have collapsed is the Community one, the page is so big - but there are a couple of Core topics that I would be interested in keeping tabs on.

I agree, I'd like a "Favourites" list... I don't mind where this appears, but it would be VERY useful.
There are 4 or 5 sections that I visit FREQUENTLY, and find it much more difficult now to go and visit each of then if I am making a fleeting visit to the site.
I do often go to other sections too, but that generally tends to be when I have more time, and am not just "popping in", and therefore have time to hunt through all the areas for what I am looking for.
