next to the rating in your control panel it tells you what post they rated you for, who rated you and an optional notes from the person who reps you :)
afaik, you cant view other people's reps, except for the number of "chips" next to their post count, but i may be wrong.

When I click on User CP at the top of the screen I see all the info about ratings given to me, namely thread, user, date, comments. Can you make sure you click on User CP and then if you still don't see it please post a screenshot. Bear in mind you start with 10 points so if you don't have more or less then you haven't been rated yet
I see thread name, Date/Time and the comment but not the user who left it.
Another question, does the comment you get change from "on the distinguished road" if you go up or down a certain distance?

Are the increases in the award value retrospective? If so, what happens when:
Jul 2004 rolls around, and all the many, many people who have given me feedback have suddenly been here for a full year, and so their awards are now worth two points to me. This boosts my score over 100, and so my awards are now worth three points to everyone I've given awards to. This boosts their score over a hundred, and so their awards are now worth three points to me, etc.
If they aren't retrospective, should I wait until next month to give people awards so that they are worth more? I don't want anyone to feel undervalued!
oo new icon for it too :) i wasnt too convinced at first (well before it was implemented) but seems quite funky and unobtrusive, big thumbs up from me :)

You start with 10 points so either one admin (I wonder who :)) rated you in which case you get 10 points or 10 normal users rated you. And I believe it only stores the last 5 ratings
