"Changes to Hexus accounts" - cannot link accounts

Hello,

I've received an e-mail from hexus about linking the two accounts. It says that if I have a forum account, I should login with those credentials. Yet when I try to, it says that username/password are wrong. I've double-checked, they are not. I've logged out and logged in to the forums to see whether I'm getting acc/psw correct.

When I try to setup a new account, of course, it says that the username is taken.

Solutions?

Mine told me my username was paul_busby8... then i looked at myhexus and i was logged in as Biscuit... confused >_<

I have linked your accounts manually.

You had a couple of duplicate accounts, which I have now deleted.

If people have signed up for newsletters or certain other things in the past, but also already had forums/trust accounts, they may have got multiple notifications, hence the confusion.

I sometimes use my gmail and sometimes my hotmail... probably doesnt help

I've already linked my Hexus account but I've got a duplicate trust account... Could you get rid of that one for me? :D
