    How to create a thread in Scan after-sales

    Hi
    I can find where I put my order reference when trying to make a new thread in the scan forums?

    Cheers

    Re: How to create a thread in Scan after-sales

    As it is a custom modification to the Forum, I'm guessing that it is something that will need tweaking after the upgrade to vB4.

    Start a thread in the main Scan forum for now, and I'll move it into the correct section for you. If you include the order number in the body of the message initially, I'll edit it out so that only Scan can see it.

    Cheers,

    I might need to fix that following yesterday's forum upgrade.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Ahh I only registered today, I had realised there had been an update (done a vb3->vb4 myself) I would have just posted above.

    Until this is fixed, we can either remove the invoice number (as soon as we can) or alternatively you could always log the query on our site here: https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/sup...px?QueryType=C
