    Angry Forum mailouts fixed

    Some of you may have spotted that your thread subscription notifications were being rather tardy the last couple of days.

    vBulletin 4.2 has a new mailing system that batches them together, except the number it processes by default was stupidly low, so we were generating a queue quicker than the batch processor could service it.

    I've fixed it now, I think. If you're subscribed to a lot of active threads, you've probably just got a bunch of mail
