i have been entering the hexus comp and a few that i have entered via the mobile site seem to not be registering properly.
Usually, if you enter a comp, it will say thank you for your entry if you try and enter again. With me it asks the question again even though i know i have entered.
Is this a common occurrence ?
A cookie issue maybe?
Once entered using the mobile site does it also give you the option when you try to look at it on a PC or laptop?Quote:

This is most likely just a cookie issue, but I've passed this up to the higher powers for them to look into. Thanks for highlighting this issue.
Don't worry, if it thanks you for your entry then your entry has been received, even if the form reappears on a later visit. :)
As others have said, this is a cookie issue. If you get the "Thanks for entering!" "Your entry has been logged." page, then your entry is in the system, but don't enter twice.
