Hexus Banner, Firefox issue?

Guys and Gals,
I have just started using the Firefox browser and where the banner for the american company used to be there is a 'click here to download plugin' message. When I click it, it says no plugins available.

Any ideas?

Try installing Flash or Shockwave from Macromedia
