Sorry this is something you'd have to take up with Scan. HEXUS has nothing to do with that. They're separate companies. Scan's forum section here on HEXUS is aimed at after sales, so might not be the best place to ask, but I have seen them respond, though again Scan is who you really need to speak to through the forums here or via the contact options on their site.

afaik you either call them up or use https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/sup...px?QueryType=S or do a post in the scancare.hexus section.
the posts in the scan section appear to go unanswered because I think the scan bods either PM the person and ask for contact details, or because of the free postage linking between hexus and scan, they can see from their username what account they're on and already have the details and then call/email them.
when I asked about an item a while back, the scan bod said that all current availability is displayed on the scan site. so if its only due say on the 5th july, then up to that day they'll say 'see website'. after that day, they might either amend the website or post the answer on the scancare.hexus page if someone asks about it.
*all the information above, is what i've figured out from reading the scan section over the years, so it might not be accurate.

Looking for a N200 Case, I've found it at a few other places but since I need some watercooling bits, Id like to get everything from the same place
