    Sponsered Links on the frontpage

    When were the sponsered links added to the front page?

    I know they are probably a good source of income for Hexus it's just I personally find them intrusive when I'm reading a news item and I hover over one. I'm not really asking for them to be taken off but just my 2p.

    HEXUS runs as a company - people work on the site full time and editorial is paid for - it is not a cheap operation to run - hence why we have to do all of this
