I just tried to enter the most recent competitions from my phone, but when the page was in mobile view, as soon as I unticked the 'receive emails from' buttons, the rest of the entry form became unusable. This includes the name, email, age and captcha fields aswell as the actual entry button.

Just a small bug, but a bug none the less.
I'm using a samsung galaxy s2 with firefox 26.
