MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
As far as I know my computer is free of malware, but last night and this morning I've had this happen:

I've only had this happen browsing Hexus, anything to worry about?

Google isn't showing anything and Kaspersky hasn't flagged anything either.
Re: MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
Nothing immediately obvious to me, and MSE doesn't seem to have any sort of helpful means of determining why something was flagged... so thanks Microsoft.
Anyway, if anybody else spots anything, post here and I'll investigate!
Re: MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
Weird - I use MSE on Win 7 Pro as well and it's never done this although yesterday in work (they use windows 8) it threw up an error message when on Hexus forums. Sorry I was busy and can't remember what the error was now - I know, not terribly helpful :/
Re: MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
It looks like it could have been related to an advert, perhaps. Although if the problem is gone now, it'll be very hard to track down.
Re: MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
This should be resolved, let us know if you see anything odd :)
Re: MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
MSE picks up many false positives and I've encountered this problem when using it before.
Re: MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
It's happening on the forums now with Kaspersky:

Re: MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
Can you check to see if you've any suspicious add-ons/extensions in your browsers?
Re: MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
I have very few, and all are popular well known ones.
It's gone now. It was only for a brief period this morning. It could well have been a false positive.
Re: MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
I've modified your post, Agent, as funnily enough, VB parsed the URLs in that string you posted, which might result in this page being marked as containing malware... heh.
Re: MSE Blocked content on Hexus main site and forums
Ha, yes
I did look into it a bit more - it was a false positive. A few have been hitting Kaspersky and MSE by the looks of it due to the heuristics they use.
The Kaspersky forum has a bit on it. It just looks like the exploit code is very close to the original code, so it gets trigger when it shouldn't.
