Adverts on the hexus site

Hi all,

I was just trying to read your review on the Omega drivers, and an ad kept redirecting me to the play store for an app. Even once I had come out of chrome it was still doing it. As soon as I closed the play store, it would open it again. The only way to stop it was to turn off the phone. No other tabs were open on chrome.

It's not the first time it has happened, and as much as I want to support the site by not using adblock, I simply won't have intrusive and annoying ads like that.

I was using the desktop site on mobile because the mobile one doesn't let me see the YouTube videos etc properly.

If someone could look into the add for me, that'd be great :)

Something I noticed earlier today while browsing the forums (on my phone, but viewing the desktop version), is I kept getting redirected to something like 'slimspots', which I doubt is intentional on Hexus' behalf.

Redirects have been happening for me too on the mobile, but desktop version. It's rather frustrating, especially since Tapatalk is just, well words can't describe how bad it is.
