cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which encrypted connection is establis
For the past few days everytime I connect to Hexus forums I get a Kaspersky pop up saying
"cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which encrypted connection is established"
Along with this I find myself logged out despite checking the remember me each time. It will stay logged in for a few hours.
When I try and login I get redirected to https://forums.hexus.net/login.php?do=login with the message "Invalid Redirect URL (http://forums.hexus.net/)"
Odd thing is it has logged me in.
This is a new install of the RS3 windows 10 with Kaspersky total security.
Dunno if you need anything else?
Re: cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which encrypted connection is esta
I was seeing the same issue with logging in and being redirected, cleared cookies which sorted it.
The certificate seems fine though, does Kaspersky give you any more information when it throws a wobbler?
Re: cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which encrypted connection is esta
22.10.2017 08.36.12;SSL connection with invalid certificate detected;Connection terminated;10/22/2017 08:36:12;Invalid name of certificate. Either the name is not on the allowed list, or was explicitly excluded.
I have updated my shortcut to HTTPS to see if that will help.
Re: cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which encrypted connection is esta
is it ok, now you're shortcutting to our HTTPS site GoNz0?
We've still got some older articles and jpegs un converted and a few of our sponsored advertisers (thanks for funding the site guys) have non HTTPS sites too but it's very minimal now.

No issues with it since swapping to https m8.
Probably Kaspersky causing it as it injects code into every web page.
