Games and dvds retailers ratings

I've been to the ratings place at http://users.hexus.net and found that there were no games/dvd retailers listed. I wanted to see how good sendit.com were, but no info was available. Seeing as a lot of people here have the kick arse pcs to play games (and watch movies), rather than just for the cool blue glow they emit, shouldn't we have a section with those retailers rated? People like play.com, mx2, etc. I don't suggest we rate everything and everyone (like asda and tesco and B&Q), but online entertainment retailers seem like a good idea.

They are due for a hiding from me for screwing me over with my WOW order. Over a week and still not shipped even though they claim to have lots of stock on their front page. I called them and they promised it will arrive today. But there was no despatch note yesterday and i still can't get through to their support this morning.

By the way, how's the update coming along?

Well, I work at sainsburys, and I don't think it's started yet. But I did see a "special collegue offer" for it, so I assume it'll be avaliable to other people too. Also I saw some prices for it (or what I think is it) in the main store.
