Not Receiving Thread Notifications

I haven't been receiving notifications of replies to threads since the 17th December, nothing has changed, they just stopped? Just me?

I stopped receiving the 'you entered competition' emails. last one was 18th qnap competition. alerts@hexus email..
don't have the thread notification one enabled

not got any @mailer.hexus ones either since 18th

Just to confirm, I've not received any notifications since 18th either.

But I actually don't mind this... as all they were doing to me were clogging up my inbox.

Haven't had any issues myself, competition entry emails have arrived as expected.

Perhaps you are all using the same email provider as each other, and said provider has wrongly blacklisted the HEXUS email server(s)? I'm assuming you've already checked the Spam folder of course.

EDIT: Although it seems I missed the point about it mainly being about thread notifications. I rarely set thread notifications up, so I've no idea about that one. I'll add one for this and a few others to see what happens.

EDIT 2: Thread notifications successfully arrived to my email.

I have had the competition ones but that's it, no others including this thread. Which makes it unlikely my provider has blacklisted Hexus, I am using Zoho email

using custom domain plusnet email.
just subbed to this thread to test those notifications. will sub to a fw others aswell just to check.

nothing in spam, or the blocklist in outlook.

edit; nope, no thread notification emails either, had subbed to boris boss, and QOTW. they've had replies, I haven't had email. yes I did set it to instant email notification in sub settings.

Strange, I haven't changed my message settings for years it just stopped working, hopefully someone from Hexus will look into it a bit closer

and I also got the competition entry confirmed one, for the Kingston competition.



if you didn't poke anything. then the only thing I did different to all the other competition entries was to tick the ' Please tick here if you would like to receive
new HEXUS competitions and Newsletters via e-mail.' box.
maybe cus I dint tick it in the other 23 competitions or so., it unsubbed me from all the hexus emails that are sent. and ticking it said 'oy, i'm still here, send me stuff'.

was going to make anew thread but then I remembered about this one. been distracted (power supply breaking, GPU going with it RIP 750ti ) so not posted earlier.

this is happening again. i've not received any emails from alerts@hexus or alerts@mailer. hexus since 31/12/20 so nothing dated 2021 atall. no 'thanks for entering competitions', no weekly 'here's articles we posted' emails on fridays. no emails saying 'you have a DM'. absolutely nothing

had a poke last night in my settings to see if the email was correct, but that just broke my account.. thanks Matt B for fixing it
this morning I tested DM's to see if I get a DM email. it might have been fixed when matt poked my account, but it wasnt, no email received.

yes I have checked junk/spam, nothing hexus related is blocked. checked on web server in case outlook not downloading, nothing on there either.


wonder if its anything to do with being in a different user green name club thing? seem to remember you did a server move not that long ago? maybe some settings got missed?

No its not your user group mate, I am still struggling to receive emails from Hexus, I either get none at all or a load come in together
