Add dell to hexus users list?

Is it worth adding it to the retailer list? Loads of people are buying stuff off them and having used their customer service today I'd like to leave feedback as it was truely excellent!

Umm ordered a new keyboard, got one and was very happy so I ordered a second, later that day I was told they were doing the same keyboard for a couple of quid less so I rang up to cancel the order. Spoke to a nice guy (I'm guessing in india) told him the problem he said he would cancel the order and would ring back by tommorow to confirm this. I thought yeah right but I got the call not two mins later from the same guy! He said right my card was refunded but the keyboard was on its way, as a guesture of goodwill he told me to keep the keyboard and to not refuse the delivery!

In short free keyboard! Gonna order a couple more tommorow so they arent loosing out too bad but that was good customer service imho.

Same on my tft they rang up the day before to confirm delivery was ok with me and that some1 would be in to sign for it. Not many stores do that nowadays.

Baring in mind the keyboard was £19.75 in vat and shipping on last sunday and went down to 11.75 on monday (so I ordered one then ) and now is 8.23! They are going for £30 on ebay (stupid ebayers hehe)

they did the same thing when my sister ordered a system, rang to arrange the date for delivery and an estimated time of delivery.

only other company to do that for me was the people i bought my bed from.

    top notch imho

What keyboard did you order Gordy? I like the Dell keyboards but it's hassle finding the right one on their site cause there's so many different model numbers.

Its a blooming nightmare caged they have little to no pictures for any of their own keyboards and they have no model numbers for the keyboards that you can search for. In fact they have the same keyboard under several part numbers which is annoying.

    I've got this keyboard

Its quite small and I love the looks, it matches my tft perfectly, and the action is superb (I had a apple pro keyboard before which I loved but this is far easier to use.)

The only problem is the green led but when I get the next couple delivered I will take one apart to see whats what hehe

How did you find that in the first place? Pinch the model number off one you saw in the flesh?

Edit: I take it that's USB

Its usb yeah, I saw it on some1's pc setup and asked about it, I got the model name dell usb entry keyboard and had a look on egay for them , they had model numbers on the ebay adverts but they did have anything like the model numbers on the dell website. I rang them but they didnt have anymore info so I guess which one it was, correctly as it turned out hehe

There is no model number on the keyboard itself which collates to the website which aint helpful!

Is it that model? Do you have anything on your invoice which relates to a Dell product?
