Unless I'm mistaken, isn't the mobile view not the site itself but via the Tapatalk app?

In which case, it probably wouldn't have anything in place to give you the Thanks feature.

Not for me mate, I don't view the site with Tapatalk, I just view it through a normal browser on my phone. That way can choose desktop view if needed as don't like the mobile view to be honest.

Oh, so there is a non-Tapatalk mobile view then.

I hadn't been aware of that, just remembered mobile users in the past had the "posted via [device] using Tapatalk" blurb, which made me think the lack of Thanks would be understandable.

Well that solves it, thanks guys, I’m on the iPad now and in desktop view - with a thanks button present. All is good in the world
