Valid xhtml / css?

why do you have buttons at the bottom of each page stating vailid xhtml and css? caus when you click on them i found that they are not :Oops: infact clicking xhtml 1.0 valid on the destroy all humans produced 175 errors on the xhtml page. now i know nothing about web programming but would be intrigued to know why these buttons are there and if this is normal.., :crazy: :crazy:

They are there for development debugging. The site design is fully compliant but unfortunately a number of factors (principally the adverts) have since meant it is impossible to achieve compliance. They will be removed in the next version of the site.

ahh ok cool i unederstand why they are there now.. cool
