Banner overlapping navigation menu

I'm having trouble with the Powercolor/Microdirect banner on the main Hexus site. When this banner is displayed, it overlaps the navigation menu, making it impossible to click certain items. Here's a picture to show what I mean Click Here

Other banners, such as the komplett one, don't have this problem. I'm using Firefox 1.0.6

Am I the only person getting this? Can it be fixed?

It's Flash ads that cause the problem and we have addressed this in the next code drop for the site which is due in the near future
