    Question EBUYER.care@HEXUS?

I don't know what kind of deal needs to be made (if any) between hexus and ebuyer, but I think it'd be a good idea to have a similar thing that scan have at hexus. It'd be nice to get some ebuyer reprisentitves signed up to hexus at least, as I think it's benefi both hexus users and ebuyer. Ebuyer would get a better reputation and the people of hexus might be able to get potential problem sorted out quicker (and maybe a deal or two ).

Is there any chance of this hapening, or is this a big no?

I second that, i think ebuyer is one of the top retailers price wise and ok cust service and many of us would have prolly spent a lot on ebuyer.

I've bought form ebuyer since early 2001 - I am known to Initial City Link as " The stock buyer" as everytime I order its usually an entire system to build . I'd third that notion and it would be great to get some in house support.

I would love to see ebuyer support here at hexus. Would be much better than their crappy enote system.

I would also like to see this, it's a great idea.

Well there customer service is all worked through their own 'enotes' and so you post the problem and they usually reply within a couple of Days.. And 'usually' problems are sorted. I have never had any REAL problem with them to be honest, and any problems I have had, they have sorted (maybe not the quickest though!).

It's a bit patchy - sometimes you get spot on service, RMAs take one day etc., but others you cant even get a reply, and you can't get through on the phone.

After about 10 minutes of waiting, I finally managed to get through on some number that I found in a thread on here somewhere.

With the normal number though, I managed to get it to ring, but after about 10 minutes, it just disconnected .

i put in an order two weeks ago:

they took payment and sent delivery email - then i got another email saying there was a problem with one item and it had been removed and put on a seperate order to be delivered later.

main issues: they took money out of my account about 24 hours before they shipped, and they then charged me delivery on the second order even though it was there fault

Second chapter - after complaining and (rightfully) getting the delivery bill taken off the second order and also delivery was bumped up to priority express. This was due to be delivered the 9th sept, around thursday the 17th i noticed the order status was pick in progress and its been on that since then. so 10 days on from the second delivery date and no goods

i cant open a new eNote because there site wont let me close existing eNotes due to very poor scripting. and my additions to the previous opened eNote have been ignored.

they have reopened their customer service line havent they? i must ring them
