Layout Issue With Links

With the 'Other Useful Links' part of each article, it seems to overlap with the white background when it shouldn't be:

It's because there aren't currently enough related links to pad out the div tag at the bottom left, as our content increases in the new structure the issue will go away so it's not something I'm going to address unless it becomes a long term issue
