    Hexus Trust

I was reading some of Trust profiles recently and noticed one in resspect of a forum member who had sold some items and had received (justified) negative feedback from the buyer in response to the transaction.

The seller then decided left negative feedback for the buyer together with some silly comments which spoke volumes the 'character' of the seller.

Its seems rather unfair that a buyer who has had a negative experience and quite justifiably leaves negative feedback about his experiences (not least to help other potential buyers), should be penalised by a seller acting unreasonably.

Is there anything that can be done about this sort of thing?

Nothing automated, it is impossible for any mechanism that I could write to work out if what someone says is the truth or not, if I could write it I'd put ebay out of business

The only approach is for someone to report any abuse to an administrator
