Encryption for sending bank details

I just thought it would be a good idea if you had some sort of system up for people to send PM's to each other (through there trust accounts?), which enables you to send encrypted messages... would be useful for sending bank details, rather than just sending it plain via PM.

Obviously you could get the sellers email, then encrypt with pgp etc etc.. but it would be a lot quicker and less of a pain if there was some sort of service built in.

Well, you probably can't take money out of a bank account with just the bank account number. So is it really something to worry about?

How about charities that post the bank account number on the website for people to donate money? If it could be used to take out money even make it secure won't help. There is always some "insecure" between the bank staff and your hand (inputing the number)

Even if it's encrypted, you're still telling the person on the other end. Without photo ID or your card they shouldn't be able to remove any money.

It'd be a nice feature, but i'm not overly worried.
