Got one on our bed, tried the full mattress ones but hated them, no idea what ours is other than Tempur. Very comfy :3
We bought a cheap matttress so looking for a good topper
IKEA do many different types. Memory foam, latex etc. They are essentially the same additional layering you'd find inside some of their mattresses. Good for revitalizing old mattresses.
Do they sell anything for revitalising an old wife? lol
:clapping:
only found one product that could revitalise a old wife, but is very expensive...divorce !! :redcard:
then trade up for younger model :vacant:
on the mattress topper issue here is some info on different types etc

Just remember to take it off in the summer, or you'll roast alive.
i constantly switch between using my matress topper and then not using it, i find that using it for too long gives me a bad back, i stop using it and go back to plain mattress and again after a while i get a bad back so i switch to the mattress topper... you get the idea
We use just 2x 13.5 tog duvets under the top sheet :) Works fine and was 15 quid total using Tescos cheapie duvets.
They may be expensive but White Company make some brilliant ones, I think they might have a sale on right now.
I think they make ones with memory foam too now, I have a memory foam layer in my mattress and it's very comfy!
Just seen this reduced on Argos - http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/st...SUPER+KINGSIZE.
Oh life,
So i spent 4 days at a hotel with the worlds firmest mattress, it actually did me a world of good, it seems that making the body fight to get comfortable against a firm surface actually triggers a load of the smaller muscles to get to work.
Anyway, I think i'm going to 180 and get a firm mattress instead of making my current one even softer :woowoo:
I can feel the springs in our mattress digging into my ribs at night! Most comfortable ever. All for £90!!
