It's warm... the weather is not too bad...

It's warm and comfortable to be outside when you're not really putting your point of view across, and just want a ruck.

People with a PURPOSE... a pure intention.. they'll stick it out if the weather turns...... but few thousand bored delinquents all round the UK with sod all to do, fancying a ruck.......?

If it rains.. and rains hard.. and it's a bit windy.. a nice biting wind... and if it does it for 4 days in a row.. non stop...

then we'll see how many of the rioter's really intend to put their point across.

Forgetting the obvious rain helping damp down a fire or too.... it'll put out a few inner fires too I think

Nice and wet up north, no riots either.... I think it's a clear example of how nice weather causes rioting ;)
