how does that work, surely they should just base it on the actual number of hours you have worked (i.e. if measured by a stopwatch)?

Any other way of measuring it just seems barmy.

well we decided to let Lucy stay up until 9pm instead of half 7, at 9 she pointed to the door and said "bed", woke up at 8am, being the new 7am

Hayden fell asleep last night at around 12.

I stayed up watching constantine till about 1 and then went to bed and was woken at around 6.20 by her licking my face giggling and demanding that I get out of bed and go down and play.
