Nice, but at £160 it's outside budget...
Ah, I see. I thought that might be the case, the page said something about a former offer having ended.
Looks like a trip to screwfix at the weekend...
Use "click and collect" so that it is ready for you when you go in. If it isn't in stock they get one to your choice of branch within 24 hours so you won't be disappointed
Additionally, you don't have to queue at tills; just go straight to the collection point and hand over your print out. You WILL need your card used to make the purchase as proof for collection.
I think I'm going to go and see if I can handle a few of them, then decide...

Thanks! Just orders from Screwfix
I'm a bit late to the party, but I'm a big fan of the Ryobi One+ drills. I've now got a bunch of tools that use the same batteries - standard drill, torch, spotlight torch, hand vac, jigsaw, and powered caulking gun. With all that I only have two chargers and 4 batteries, 3 small Li-Ion and one large Li-Ion.
There's a few other things I need to get once I start on another room of the house. A second drill would be good (it's a pain to switch between a drill bit and screw driver bit all the time), a circular saw and a multi-battery charger.
I've had multiple tools with different batteries in the past, and there it nothing better than having a collection of tools that all use the same battery, especially if you are doing a lot of work in a day, you don't have to have a bunch of chargers all going at the same time just to keep on top of things.
I've also got a cheap Homebase SDS drill, it is fantastic for what it's designed for. Pulled out a 3m wide fife-stone fireplace with it a few months ago.

£50 if you order online. 20% extra off if you buy instore.
Looks a good buy for 40 quid! Also a Li-ion on for 72 quid. Almost tempted myself.

I would try at get at least an 18V drill or higher - 24V being quite decent. The lower voltage drills tend to lack sufficient power for more demanding tasks.

I don't think there's any way you could describe my handiwork as professional...
