    I've worked in customer facing roles before, and that's the kind of letter you fight over replying to, because it *really* lightens up your day. You don't get gems like that very often amidst the complaints and downright stupid questions, and it really does brighten up a whole office when one comes in and gets passed round.

    And kudos to the lass who wrote in for actually saying what I'm sure loads of people think every day. Out of the mouths of babes, and all that...

    now that made me smile nice to see a cs manager getting into the spirit of things see life can be that simple.Gonna try it at work now.
    Also answered a long seated question about tiger bread as well .
    Just don't tell the Belgians in european council or they will have its named changed because it does not have any tiger in it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
