    I'll have to dig out some of my old Chocolate I have stashed somewhere for a try

    But usuaully if I have out of date food, I dont waste it, if it smells and looks alright, probably ok to eat. However having said that I ate some bad grapes in an IN Date pack and got food poisioning. Anyways most of the out of date food goes to my local Fox in the garden. They wait patiently and sit there for their evening supper.
