You've either grown a tree or cut one down (depending on which order the photos are in)
Good spot, hadn't noticed that!
Yup, the Ash tree has now gone (the main reason for the post was actually the pictures that follow);
One tree - nothing particularly remarkable about that.
When chopped down:
Perhaps it is just me, but I never realised how big the tree actually was until it had filled the double (and a bit) driveway in front of the house. Those pictures were taken before they'd moved the full trunk of the tree too - so there was more to come.
Where is that thread about firewood again ?...
Please can you turn it in to logs so I can use it on my fire?
/waits for log delivery.....

Shame, as there was a load more from the oak tree we had trimmed aswell
just so you know... not only did you PAY for them to take it away...

Friends of ours have a walnut tree that blew down in the storms earlier in the year. It's now chopped into section waiting for someone to make them an offer on it. Not just financial either, depends on what you will be using it for.
