It does, when I drive back after going back, it feels like coming home. I was sitting out in the garden with a friend - yes, felt like home!

In my mind's rye I see vegetable plots and... But I guess if it is rented, there isn't the incentive, psrticularly if it is short term, or has to be returned to original state. But nice big open space!

to me, that is lovely. \Big enough for the straight edges to work.. and a hidden shed for the large petrol lawnmower

I believe it is a petrol mower in the shed! As for planting herbs, I did consider it, but the lawn seems to attract plenty of wildlife, including a red kite landing in it once. Besides, I think these guys would eat them: -





The first one was taken during winter (thus the bird feeder), whereas the second picutre was taken a little over an hour ago when I got home. The fox is still snoozing in the middle of my garden now!

I was out in mine today! The beans have come on, with flowers and some embryonic beans, and the pots have really filled out!
