What are good products to get. I have a flat with not a lot of storage so don't want to keep any sort of mop bucket. Pic for reference so you know what kind of floor it is.

Looks amazingly clean for not having been cleaned for 2 years! Is it just the tile grout you want whitening? You can get specific pastes and stuff for that. Or you could carefully sand off a bit of the grout and redo it, if you've got a couple of days you're not going to be in the flat for it to set.
If it's general floor cleaning, the easiest thing in a flat is to get some specific purpose floor-cleaning wipes. The cheapest (and proper old-style thing to do) is to use a mixture of boiling water, white vinegar and bicarb of soda, but that *would* mean getting a mop and bucket really (otherwise you'll scald yourself with the boiling water ). Otherwise just some generic cleaner and a scrubber of some kind.
Cool, wipes sound like a plan. The grout is actually not much darker than it was 2 years ago, so no problem with that. I'm lucky that my flat is mould-proof, no moisture, clothes dry within 24 hours etc
Why you haven't cleaned your bathroom 2 years? Bleach is good choice in my opinion. It is not expensive. You can try but 2 years is big period of time. It may not be helpful.
On a similar note, anyone know how to get rid of the white calcy type stuff on dark tiles? It mainly seems to be in the joints
Dettol is good to use as well, soak it in overnight, worked great for our bath and shower head/ hose, the scale was gone i the morning.

I went to his house once (no... twice) and had to clean the bathroom .. cos it just needed it!
Bathrooms clean best with toothbrushs and Flash Bathroom this one
you'll need scrubbing pads (with WHITE abbrasive pads... not the green ones).. lots of clean cloths (wash and reuse another day) and patience.
and an eye for detail.
I love cleaning bathrooms but the owners tend to hate me afterwards... cos I really clean EVERYWHERE!!!! toilet seat off for example.
