    Starting a chainsaw

Now my mate Knox has given me some awesome advice over the last 18 months on chainsaw stuff. He's genuinely a man who knows.

But one thing I have struggled with is: cold starting what is a very nice chainsaw. It's a Husqvarna and I have just learned something in the last few weeks that I feel I should impart to you all, the HEXUS DIY Gardening massiv

While it's essential to mix your two stroke and petrol mixture right.
While it's essential to follow the starting procedure of choke, pumping the fuel bulb, pulling the cable etc, choke off pull cable again etc
While it's essential to maintain your blade and bar etc

what no one tells you is this

    and it's simple

    its actually easier.....

don't pull the cable starter so blummin hard and fast.

pull it more gently and it starts.
