Sticker removal

Hola amigos.

After more than a year, them stickers are back.
They now just say MASSAGE and have two Mobile numbers and are plastered on every bench, lamp post or bin on my high street. I removed them with good old water butt hey keep coming back. Its eems like a never-ending battle.

Called the coppers - told them I think there's a brothel in my area, talked about how I googled and Googling suggests it's trafficked women forced to work as prostitutes. They weren't interested. They instead wanted an address and couldn't do anything without an address. They even suggested that a woman could be advertising her services and it wasn't illegal. LOL, do they expect me to do their jobs ?
Called the council and they haven't done anything this time.

How come no one's interested?
