Hi, just brought a Refurb one of these from Scan UK, within 14 days 1 led has stopped working, Scan have sent me an RMA, but they have no more stock.
Is it worth me getting in touch with Corsair directly?

Hey Richard,
First, I would try to flash the FW and see if that fixes the LED issue. If you've already done that to no avail, I would then recommend that you submit a ticket @ Corsair.force.com and we will get that processed for you. Just make sure to attach your invoice when you submit the RMA.
All Corsair rerurb hardware has a 1 year warranty from, so you should be good when claiming your warranty. Let me know if you run into any issues.
I apologize for the late response. Looked into it and looks like it has already been approved.
I'll reply to you ticket with much details about postage fees and such.
