    Fried rice

You can also put stripes of green mango on your fried rice, hotdogs, bacon, scrambled egg, basically whatever scraps you may have...all you need to do is spice it up a bit, asians like spicy food...you can put in ground black pepper and salt.

If you like, you can cook scrambled egg with tomatoes, just slice the tomatoes in long stripes and then fry it first before the eggs, and make sure that the tomatoes are really fried- not burned, then you can put in your beaten egg.

I am from thailand.. might want to try this easy recipe too...

    1. Egg
    2. Pork or Chicken or Meat (mince)
    3. Rice
    4. Knore chicken powder
    5. Garlic mince or small pieces
    6. Salt or fish sauce..
    7. Soy sauce...
    8. Spring onion.
    Need a wok..
    1. put some veggie oil into the pan.. wait for the temp to rise..
    2. put some garlic in... Lower your heat ... dont let garlic burn
    3. put the meat in...wait til they cooked..
    4. put the rice (steam from rice cooker)
    5. Seasoning with fish sauce, soy sauce, and Knore chicken
    6. Stir abit .. and put few eggs in (make they go to the bottom of the wok)
    7. chop the spring onion in and stir for few mins and... serve..

You need to make sure the wok is super hot.
Add soy sauce for the colour but I think the flavour comes from MSG!

Peanut oil is healthy, better than sunflower. It has slightly more saturated fat but much more monounsaturates which are the best type of fat. It also has a high smoke point so is good for stirfrys etc.

And it doesn't have much of a flavour of its own - unlike olive oil and vegetable oils.

I usually add a drizzle of sesame oil to the finished dish, sprinkle with a few sesame seeds and serve.
