    Smile BBQ lamb ( chinese/mog style )

Easter is coming up and a bit bored waiting to finish work. I thought why not share with you guys one of my favourite dish. It goes very good with some cold beer and a salad.

    cumin lamb

    Ingredients:
    500g Lamp shoulder ( boneless ).
    1 Carrot
    1 red onion
    Ginger

    Spices:
Cumin Seed , Cumin powder, pepper seed ,

    Preparation :

    1. Slice the lamp shoulder in to very thin pieces.
    2. Chop the onion and Carrot into thin slices as well
    3. Mix all the Ingredients together in to a bowl.
    4. Put the bowl into the fridge for about half hour.
    5. Heat up a frying pan till it is really hot.
    6. Add the contents from the bowl to the pan and stir fry till it is cooked.
    7. Add some salt and some coriander.

People know how to read a book with words but not a book without words. People know how to play a stringed instrument, but not one without strings.
If you only know how to recognize something practical and nothing spiritual, how can you appreciate the wonders of music and books.
