    Freezer Junk

I hate to admit it...but I need freezer junk.
I am sure I have some low quality chicken nuggety things and even worse...some "sausage" rolls, in the back of the freezer.

And for some reason.....I need them!

    regret due...tomorrow.

    Contents of my freezer:
3 pots of home made 'rustic' tomato and bean soup
3 pots of home made chicken noodle soup (not impressed with it, not very nice)
    a few mini microway pizzas
    half a pack of pitta
    some ice cubes

it's a small freezer in the fridge. really wish i had a proper one so i could make (and freeze) more stuff.

    About six chicken carcases
One entire drawer full of frozen basil, mint, curry leaves, plus tumeric and other herbs.
Organic chicken, organic sardines, organic beef
Various chicken stocks and various soups

Absolutely nothing junk which I think is diabolical as junk food is an essential part of any diet.

I don't know how many people saw this picture, but the first response I got when I posted it was:

    How many fridges?

Suffice to say, we have a lot of fridge & freezer junk. Oh, and a single fridge entirely for beer. mmmmm....

got one entirely for alcohol, and one for drinks... which pretty much ends up being either alcohol or stuff to be mixed with alcohol.

One above is very similar to mine ! The one with the Stolly vodka Can't afford the Stoly so I use Asda own brand export vodka at £8 a bottle.

Alos have lots of big lumps of meat, beef chicken pork, lots of fresh frozen herbs (wish I could find those curry leaves, or kaffir lime leaves), fish - mostly haddock, and several loads of my cooked stuff - mostly chillis & curries. I depend on my freezer to feed me, cuz I can't do much in the kitchen now
    Cheers, David
