    Question Weird but good sauces

Discovered honey and mustard dressing while getting breakfast in Subways in Canada last year. Ended up[ having a Subwasy breakfast every day cos I got so hooked. Makes just about any sandwich taste a zillion times better. Was wondering if there are any othe hidden secret sauces I'm missing?

Yeah, Harissa rocks... you can buy it as a paste in most supermarkets. Mix it with either a little diluted lemon juice and then olive oil for a great dressing, or stir into mayonaisse and use as a spread in sandwiches.

It also goes very nicely if spread over either tuna, salmon, marlin or swordfish which is then panfried or barbequed.

btw. Harissa is made with paprika, garlic, olive oil and rose petals... weird I know, but damn fine tasty!
