    Arrow Your Favourite Creations!

I'm just interested to here some of your favourite weird things you like to do with food, heres two of mine:

    • Get a nice sliced piece of ham cover one side in salad creme really thick, then roll it up into a cigar shape and eat it!

    • Mix salad creme in with gravy (preferably with a sunday roast) it makes the gravy really creamey and just perfect!

Its got to be Heinz salad creme for me nothing else, and yes I do love salad creme on just about everything!

    1. Take a piece of chapped carrot, raw
    2. Wrap carrot in slice or three of sliced chicken / meat of preference
    3. Dip in Mayonnaise
    4. Eat
    5. Repeat until fat

the mayonnaise is needed to counter the healthy effects of the carrot

Even better if you add a dip sauce mix to the mayonnaise

Boil pasta in saucepan. Drain and put back into saucepan; add enough pesto to flavour as desired and add anything else you'd like (mushrooms/tomatoes - harder veg like carrots might need cooking a bit first) heat thoroughly (making sure you don't burn the pan )

    Voila!!

My fave has to be my cheese and jam sandwiches! Butter and jam both sides of the sandwich, then slap some mild chedder inbetween and hey presto...

    Cheap Meal

1 Big Pan (Preferably Pressure Cooker)
    5 Pretty big Spuds
    1 Bag mixed Veg
    1 Onion
2 Tins Corned Beef or 2 Kilo of Minced Beef
    2 OXO Cubes

Slice Corned Beef into inch thick slices and put in bottom of pan (Or just brown mince if using instead, drain off fat and put in bottom of pan)

Rough slice onion and put onto meat

Sprinkle on 2 (3 if you want a stronger taste) OXO Cubes

Add Mixed Veg (However much you want)

Peel spuds. Then slice them into inch thick pieces and lay on top

Add three quarter pint of water

Bring to the boil then simmer until the potatoes are cooked right through (About 25 mins usually does it)

Mix it all up and serve

Bacon and marmalade sandwiches (my wife's favourite). Don't knock it till you've tried it.
