This is what I've been doing for a while, it's pretty obvious but hopefully someone will find it useful?
- Buy some nice sausages (you want some "traditional" ones that are fairly coarse)
- Cut the skins off
- Pull them into to equal sized bits with your hands (don't use a knife). The bits should be as long as the sausage is fat.
- Roll each bit in your fingers until it's round
- Heat oil in pan, then fry until cooked through.
Easy or what? Great for stir fries, pasta, whatever you can think of![]()
