    Easiest meatballs ever

    This is what I've been doing for a while, it's pretty obvious but hopefully someone will find it useful?

    • Buy some nice sausages (you want some "traditional" ones that are fairly coarse)
    • Cut the skins off
    • Pull them into to equal sized bits with your hands (don't use a knife). The bits should be as long as the sausage is fat.
    • Roll each bit in your fingers until it's round
    • Heat oil in pan, then fry until cooked through.


    Easy or what? Great for stir fries, pasta, whatever you can think of

    easiest meatballs particularly fond of sainsburys own brand with lots of hot sauce.. god im a scrubber

    however these sausage type things sound really nice

    How to make this even easier:

    Go to your local butcher and get a load of sausage meat off him before it goes in the skin. Less messing around with knifes and you know there isn't preservatives etc in there.
