I use a Tefal non-stick griddle that I picked up in France, seems to do the trick nicely!

I read somewhere i think that cast iron ones are better than non stick? I could be wrong though!

The cast iron ones are good, but they can be a pain to clean afterwards, especially if you are cooking at a high temperature.

The Jamie Oliver Tefal one with the lid looks quite nice. Though I don't like the handles. It's nice and heavy though. Also from Debenhams.
The missus and I have been buying pans recently. We haven't bought a griddle yet, but for the rest of the pans, we've been buying the Stellar range without the non-stick.
The Meyer Anolon Professional range has a nice 24cm grill pan.
If you're feeling really strong Amazon are selling some Chasseur cast iron non stick one's at 49% off:

Went for it, cheers med2003. I went for the racing green one as the blue was out of stock. Got myself an Amazon credit card which gave me £15 off, so paid £5.35 including delivery in the end!! Now just have to make one purchase with the card, then can cut it up and close it. Bargain!
