    Best after pub kitchen snack

    ok, what is it?

Tonights effort was a plate full of crackers with cheese, ham, a big slice of cucumber and another random topping on each; peanut butter on one, pepper mustard on another, sweet onion relish on the third, and some sweet thai chilli sauce on the last, though not much as its really runny. Next time i'll go for the jars at the back of the cupboard

If not too drunk.... i.e. not going to burn yourself....

How about some Cheese on toast, topped with crunched crisps?

Get your Normal - grill made - cheese on toast and crunch a bag of your favourite flavour up

When cheese bubbles remove slices from under the grill (add lea & Perrin's here )
Then sprinkle the crunched crisps over the cheese on toast
(one bag tends to cover 2 slices)

Return to grill for around 20s to lightly toast the crisps

Serve immediately, accompanied with a sobering coffee!

    Deeeelish!!

If I am feeling dengerous and the ingreddients are there, I like deep fried chicken breast strips, coated in some some random spicy vlour/batter stuff. Salty, spicy and greasy, Yumm!

If not, some Phileas Fogg Habanero chilli tortillas, in a bowl, with a nice mature cheese grated on top, a layer of jalapenos out of a jar, then another layer of the same, in the microwave for 1 minute, then topped with whaetever I have, guacamole, salsa, sour cream'n'chive, chopped corriander and sour cream etc. Salty spicy and greasy, Yumm!

Though if I cannot be arsed, a nice spicey chicken and pepperoni pizza goes down a treat. Salty, spicy and greasy, Yumm!
