1) Muesli: Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin seeds, mashed up in a pestle and mortar, put in a bowl of porridge oats, with a sprinkling of raisins. Just perfect.
2) Herbs and a little salt, then oil : mashed up together in a P&M is ideal on just about any BBQ food group.
