    Request - Cookie recipe

    Hey,

    I've been a bit of a sh!t too my flat mate lately, and figure that a good way to make it up would be some cookies, as i do have plenty of free time at the moment too!

    so anyone got any good recepies?

    If you want to cheat a little, you can buy cookie dough(sara lee style I think), roll it and chuck in oven.
    I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

    i find if you make a wetter cookie dough then put it in the fridge for a few hours, take it out and make the cookie balls and bake immediately they come out with a lovely soft middle, more like brownies.
