This is about the only thing i've ever made spontaniously and it's worked nicely.
- First lightly toast a piece of white bread.
- Spread tomato puree or ketchup on the bread (obviously puree tastes a bit nicer).
- Sprinkle Chedder and mozorella cheese on top
- Garnish with any other toppings you desire.
- Pop under the grill for a few minutes.
Voila!... enjoy

You could also do teh same thing with pizza bases from the local supermarket - maybe not so quick, but very easy (used to 'make' own pizzas when I was little)
Nah, do exactly as Bunjiweb said but substitute the bread for a half baguette cut in two.
Pizza bases are horrible on the whole, made from really stodgy tasteless dough.
Baguettes also work well - they make these in Greggs...
