    Cheese & Potato pie suggestions

    Of course I know how to make it, but do you have any tips to make it extra tasty?

    onion finely chopped works well.

    I tend to not use Potato and just go whole hog and use onion instead nowadays.

    Or as a variant, a bit of curry powder in with the chopped onions, to give it a curry tang.

    Not tried it with onions before, luckily I have a Spanish Onion handy so I'll give that a go.
