drain a tin of tuna & put in a powl (make sure you fluff it a bit, tinned tuna comes packed in pretty tight

add a big healthy spoon of mayo

grind in a big healthy amount of pepper

add some lemon juice so it doesn't go off

voila - shouldn't be as tasty with a spoon as it is
